Keynote Speaker: Phillip Kelley
Phillip Kelley is the founder of Purpose-Driven Coaching and the Director of Pro Operations for Athletes in Action, working with the NFL. He previously served as the team Chaplain/Life-Coach for the Kansas City Chiefs for six years. In his current role, Kelley oversees character-coaching and leadership development across most NFL teams, assisting chaplains, coaches, and players while fostering cultural change within organizations. With only 32 NFL team chaplains worldwide, he is in high demand for speaking engagements and media appearances.
Kelley, known as a "human potential extractor," helps individuals and teams achieve their personal goals and outperform competitors by highlighting their unique strengths. His approach is characterized by sharing his personal struggles and vulnerabilities to connect with his audience, ensuring a balance of seriousness and humor. His presentations are powerful, inspiring, and focused on creating lasting change, encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones.
